Same-day booking is often available for local rides. For airport trips, 24–48 hours in advance is recommended. For long-distance trips, 72+ hours gives you the best chance at your preferred date and time.

For long-distance trips (100+ miles one-way), a deposit of 25–50% is required to confirm your booking. Local and regional trips typically do not require a deposit.
